The Dam Trail is a fun and scenic walk for the whole family. This wide, gentle trail follows the beautiful North St. Vrain Creek up a lovely canyon to the base of the massive Button Rock Dam. It’s a fascinating destination, and the views of the surrounding "stone mountains" are wonderful. A great choice for an easy but very rewarding outing in a beautiful and well-protected nature preserve.
