For the ultimate challenge and reward, continue past the stunning Blue Lakes and make the strenuous climb to Blue Lakes Pass. This high-altitude pass at over 13,000 feet offers one of the most spectacular panoramic views in all of Colorado. You'll look down on the three Blue Lakes on one side and the dramatic Yankee Boy Basin on the other. It’s a tough but truly epic journey for experienced hikers.
